1. Manual Tracker License & Use

AniFlex is provided as a personal utility app allowing users to manually record where they stopped watching an anime or reading a manga. SFNK Dev grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Application.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

AniFlex offers free manual tracking capabilities. Optional Pro subscriptions may be offered under the following terms:

• Weekly Plan: $4.99 USD per week
• Monthly Plan: $7.99 USD per month
• Lifetime Access: $39.99 USD one-time payment

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the active billing period. Manage subscriptions via your App Store account settings. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

3. User Content & Third-Party IP

All media titles, notes, and cover artwork are managed locally by the user. AniFlex does not host, stream, scrape, or distribute anime videos, manga scans, or copyrighted materials.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

AniFlex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SFNK Dev is not liable for data loss resulting from device reset or uninstallation.
